Welcome to Amelia's Puppy Academy. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• To reserve your space, your booking must be confirmed with full payment prior to the start of the course.
• When you book onto a course, you are securing a place on a specific set of dates.
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the course is cancelled by Amelia's Puppy Academy.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
• If a class must be cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g. extreme weather), we will do our best to offer an alternative—this may include:
  • A replacement class on a different day
  • A temporary switch to online training

2. Course Attendance

• Please arrive on time—late arrivals may miss important content.
• We ask that you attend all scheduled sessions to get the most from your course. If you can't attend, please let us know in advance.
• Each puppy must have their own handler. If you book two puppies, there must be one handler per puppy in class.

3. Puppy Health and Behaviour

• Puppies must be up to date with vaccinations, or have vet approval to attend. Proof may be requested at the start of the course.
• We reserve the right to refuse attendance if a puppy is unsuitable for the group setting (e.g. signs of distress or aggression). In such cases, your trainer will explain why the class is not suitable and may recommend a 121 session instead.

4. Photography and Video

We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know before your course begins.

5. Data Protection

• Your personal information is stored securely and used only for communication relating to our services.
• You can request the removal of your data at any time.
• We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Please treat all trainers, fellow participants, and dogs with kindness and respect. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund or further support.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time—please check this page regularly for the latest version.

When booking a Puppy School course, you also agree to their separate terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.
